August Table is an e-comm brand specializing in Indian block print linens. In order to capture the styling of three new linens from the Spring 2019 collection, we developed stories that encourage gathering and sharing experiences. Part of our service as a digital video production company includes editing the videos in a portrait aspect ratio for posting on Instagram.

One of the videos used a classic "how-to" style to teach how to fold a napkin in a loose knot. By doing this, the texture and pattern of the napkin could be conveyed in an engaging way.


This same tactic was used for the new kitchen towel line; we focused on showcasing texture by depicting a classic use case but with an air of aspiration. By simply drying off hands in a very short video, the absorbency and beauty of the towel was shared authentically and in the brand aesthetic of August Table.
